Concurso de micronarraciones: La(s) ausencia(s). Inglés (12)

INSIDE A RED CAR…

Diana closed the car door and put on her seat belt carefully. She used to feel nervous at special moments in her life and she was worried about the last time she saw him when she couldn’t tell the truth to her husband. She was really feeling his absence and that was the reason why she had decided to be there.
Suddenly Diana heard the back door closing. A handsome man, around 30, with beautiful eyes and an amazing smile had come into the red car and was looking at her through the mirror. She felt her heart beating faster when he suggested going to the Liston Hotel.
Diana started the engine and started to drive on the streets too. She had been thinking about loads and loads of words to tell him but at that moment she couldn’t say anything. He could see her hand sweating when she grabbed the gear stick and he was thinking that she was really scared of the situation they were involved. Five minutes later, the red car arrived at Liston Hotel and Diana could hear the most expected words: - Congratulations! You’ve passed your driving test at the second chance and you can sign your driving licence.

  2. Thank you very much for your message. It's a pleasure to learn this amazing language from great teachers like you. I didn't have the faintest idea about the results until Javier had told me fifteen minutes ago. I feel glad and delighted to improve my English in this school and I hope to continue doing my best. Thanks again for teaching me. See you soon. Best wishes.
